FAQ
Common questions
Is it dishwasher- or food-safe?+
Treat each piece as a handmade object: hand-wash only, and avoid the dishwasher and microwave unless a piece says otherwise.
How are ceramics packed and shipped?+
Wrapped and boxed as fragile, insured and tracked. Because safe packing depends on size and destination, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Is each ceramic unique?+
Each piece is formed and glazed by hand, so slight variations in shape and color are part of the work — no two are exactly alike.
Do you ship internationally, and are there customs fees?+
Yes — worldwide, insured and tracked. Within the EU the price is all-in. Outside the EU, your country may charge import duty or tax on arrival; those are set by local customs, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I return it?+
Yes — you have 14 days to change your mind (EU right of withdrawal). Return it in its original condition and we'll refund you.
