Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of products and workshop places through repkaarts.com, operated by Marino Pernía (NIF Z0784863Q), Calle Río Gargáligas 17, 29002 Málaga, Spain — “the studio”, “we”. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Our products

Original artworks are one of a kind; once sold, they are never remade. Ceramics may be one of a kind or produced in small numbers. Prints are signed, numbered editions. Art kits and workshops are as described on their pages. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.

2. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in euros and include Spanish IVA where applicable. For deliveries outside the EU, the sale is zero-rated for Spanish IVA and any import duties or taxes are payable by you on arrival — see our Shipping & Returns policy.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where a one-of-a-kind piece has already sold, or in the event of an obvious pricing error — in which case we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and we never see or store your card details. During checkout, a one-of-a-kind piece is reserved for you for 30 minutes so no one else can buy it while you pay.

Delivery times, costs and customs are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

• Tell us within 14 days by email at hello@repkaarts.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to.
• We refund the price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of being informed, once we have received the item back or you have shown proof of return.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the item. It must be returned in its original packaging, adequately protected and insured, in resaleable condition.
• Exceptions: workshop places (governed by the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation) and items made or personalised to your specification, such as bespoke framing arranged after purchase.

7. Damage and the legal guarantee

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right — a replacement, repair or full refund. This is in addition to your legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law.

8. Workshops

Workshop places are subject to the schedule, minimum numbers and cancellation policy stated at the time of booking and repeated in your booking confirmation.

9. Liability, intellectual property and law

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. All site content is protected intellectual property. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
